Another Visit to the Veterinarian
Hey Kids!
Well, it’s been awhile since I’ve given an update on my life. I had surgery on my neck a couple weeks ago because I had an infection. I think I got the infection because I like to chew on and eat everything! The infection made my neck swell up real big. It hurt really bad! All I did was hide under the bed and cry because my neck hurt so much.
I finally went to the animal hospital and the veterinarian had to cut my neck open to get rid of the infection. For the past couple weeks I’ve had to take medicine so my neck doesn’t hurt. I also have to wear this big plastic cone around my neck so I don’t scratch the stitches off my neck.
Even though all this happened - don’t worry - I’m ok now! Remember, kids, don't ever let an illness ever make you sad. Just stay positive and everything will be ok!
